Today, Malik would have celebrated his 23rd birthday. Reflecting on his life, I remember him as a kind, friendly, and caring individual who was always curious and saw the good in everyone he met.

In honoring Malik's memory, I encourage you to prioritize your holistic wellness and practice self-care. Strive to be the best version of yourself, seek to understand those who may be different from you, show empathy, and extend grace to others.
