Our Dad began to work for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Portland, Oregon, in his late 20s, and the people he met and places he visited have colored our world as a family. Dad always wanted people to know that God loves them.
Fairview Christian Fellowship has been our family's church home since moving to the Blue Ridge Mountains in 1988. This is a community which lives out God's love everyday. They have provided us with great support through many stages of our family's life.
On the sweet country road where our family settled 34 years ago, Root Cause Farm of Fairview is a community garden which grows food to feed families all over our Mountain region, serves as a beautiful source of community connection and builds our interrelationship with Nature.
