It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Juliana "Julie" Boxer, who passed away peacefully on Dec 27, 2023. Julie was born on Aug 27, 1941 and lived a life full of compassion, adventure, and love.

Julie was a woman of great strength and determination. She worked as a director of catering for much of her career among other things. Being a culinary enthusiast herself, she was known for her cooking skills and her love for sharing food with friends, family, and colleagues.

Julie was a fervent explorer at heart. She was a mountaineer and shared her passion for the outdoors with everyone she met. Her travels took her to the farthest corners of the globe.

She had a deep appreciation for art and culture and did her part to promote and support local talent.

Julie also found time to give back to her community. She was a consistent volunteer at the local soup kitchen, where she cooked and served meals to those in need.

Julie was a lover of life and all things outdoors. She found joy in the most simple, natural beauty the world offers: the rustle of leaves, the song of birds, the dance of the ocean waves.

To know Julie was to know a life passionately lived. We mourn her passing, but we also celebrate the remarkable woman she was. Her spirit, her love, and her legacy will continue to inspire us.
