Josh passed away unexpectedly on October 12, 2023 at only 31 years of age. His friends and family are deeply saddened by his sudden death.

Josh was born on August 23, 1992 in Albuquerque, NM. He spent his teens in Colorado, from Aurora to Erie, and in 2010 at 18 years old moved across the country to Massachusetts. Then in 2016, Josh’s love for travel and experiencing the world brought him to his “paradise” in Maui, Hawaii.

At the time of his passing, Josh was in the process of getting an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. He was a talented lyricist and rapper with an immense passion for music and hoped to one day use his education in business to work in music production.

Josh was a friend to all, he never met a stranger. That said, Josh leaves behind a long list of incredibly special people that he selectively handpicked throughout his beautiful journey. His smile, drive, and love of life was infectious and from the depths of his being, and those who were fortunate enough to love him and be loved by him will carry those qualities forever in their hearts and through their own actions. Though young, our Josh was a very special old-soul. He faced many challenges in his short life, but through them all remained positive, hopeful and determined, allowing him to experience a more magnificent journey than most will ever see. He will be remembered by his big heart and his incredibly loving spirit.

Josh had a kind and compassionate nature and was a strong advocate for those that were hungry, homeless, or experiencing any sort of mental hardships or addictions.
