Background
Jim passed so quickly that there wasn't an opportunity to do any estate planning with his brother Steve. Because his estate has to go through probate, funds to pay for a celebration of life event and other expenses incurred on his behalf will have to be paid out-of-pocket by Steve on Jim's behalf. These funds will be used to help pay these expenses.
