Background
Lionheart Works Program: For the last 10 years, Jack served as a Coach for the Lionheart Works program. In this role, he would supervise, mentor, chat and fellowship with young adults while they worked at their assigned job. He also volunteered throughout the program and with Lionheart Life center. He was the driving force in the Lionheart Works program receiving their first van. To honor his wishes we are working with Lionheart to donate a tree and bench in their garden. Senior Services North Fulton: Jack has served on SSNF's Board for a few terms. Jack loved making an impact in the lives of the older population throughout his community. Currently, SSNF needs funding for its Transportation Options Programs for Seniors which provides reliable transportation to and from medical appoints for Seniors throughout North Fulton. MD Anderson - Jack had a rare form of cancer that was only treatable at MD Anderson. Through his skilled care team comprised of Dr. Lee and Dr. Ludmir, he was able to enjoy the 18 months since his diagnosis. We are asking for donations to the Music Therapy program or specific research projects by his care team.
