I’m so so sorry for your loss. I received a heart transplant on May 5th 2023 at St Paul’s hospital in Vancouver BC. and am desperately seeking to find my donor to thank their family for the gift of life… As it comes upon almost my one year anniversary I thought I would reach out in case as I am always searching. Thank you either way. My heart goes out to you and your families. ♥️♥️💔💔

Our family is so sorry to hear this news. We always enjoyed seeing you girls and we remember Hilary's sweetness and spark. This is a beautiful tribute to her, Kim - one I really wish you didn't have to write. We'll continue to hold all of you and her children in our hearts and prayers.

I am so sorry to have heard the news of Hilarys passing… My family is sending you all love at this hard time.. I met her when she was young and kept up with her on Facebook for a while. She seemed to be such a kind hearted loving person.. she will be missed by all of our family.. may she rest easy.. 💕

My thoughts are with her kids and family members.  I was heartbroken when I learned of Hilary’s passing.  I remember the first day we met Hilarey and her sisters.  She was such an upbeat, fun-loving person that was always smiling and laughing.  She will be so missed by many.  💚💚💚
