From our vantage point, Hank was a man to be respected and appreciated for who he was, how he lived his life and for his accomplishments. Even more for his gift of generosity. The impact of that will never be fully realized or acknowledged in this lifetime. Many kids and adults will rise up and call him “Blessed”.
It was one of Hanks milestone birthdays when he invited some Kelowna friends to a Canucks game where he had rented a box. His generosity was overwhelming as he had us all flown to Vancouver and booked into a hotel including meals. This is just one example of his generosity over the years of our friendship.
We worked for Hank at Castle Fun Park for many years. Loved meeting with Hank and hearing about the new ministries he was involved with. He was a person that loved our Lord, and dedicated his business to support many Christian charities. He was an example for others to follow. "Only one life, t'will soon be past. Only what's done for Christ will last".
