Our heartfelt condolences to you and your family.  Grant seems to have packed a lot of life experiences for the short time he was with us.  I can’t begin to imagine your loss.  I’m sorry we weren’t available to attend the memorial, but our thoughts and prayers were & are with you.

What a fun and adventurous spirit Grant always brought to playdates!  It wasn't even Halloween and the boys spent the hot afternoon in full hero regalia!  His spirit lives on in our hearts.

I was so sorry to hear about Grant's passing. He was such an inspirational  and caring person.

I remember being in middle school with Grant, when he created the concept of “snack lockers”. He would stock unused lockers with snacks and sodas, and sell them to other students at Del Mar. This sparked many others to create their own snack staches, and is a fun memory to reflect on. It definitely shows his entrepreneurial spirit.

Grant, you are loved and missed. My condolences to Jennifer, Gavin, and  Jessica.

I remember Grant as a 5 year old. Jeff and Jennifer brought him to Florida to see our family. Grant and I were standing on the beach and I touched his little shoulder. His skin was so soft, so alive, and I felt such love for him and always have.

When Bob and I visited Grant, Jennifer, Jessica and Gavin in Marin County in 2010, the year Bob and I were married, Grant played the piano for us. He was talented and we enjoyed his music.

Grant, Jennifer, Jeff and Jessica, Bob and I went to the outdoors Peter Pan play during that visit. We watched the actors fly through the air on ropes. The summer was balmy and the theme of boys who need their mother resonated with us all.

The last time we saw Grant was in 2020 when he visited us in Florida. He and Bob sat side by side as we had lunch at the seaside, Grant speaking with knowledge beyond his age about finance, his entrepreneurial plans and world travels.

Grant loved his father and never really got over losing him in 2016. Grant is with Jeff now, and Grant will always be in our hearts. We love you, Grant.

One of the first times I witnessed Grant’s maturity and very special personality was when he was five. He and Jeff were playing with a remote controlled helicopter toy. It got stuck on the roof of the hotel/villa building where our group was staying. Grant was very peaceful about it. I was so surprised that he didn’t cry about losing it.  He was disappointed of course, but realized that it was stuck and it could not be removed.  His ability to manage through the situation and trust that he would be able to get a new one another day was extremely impressive and adaptable.
I am Grant's aunt Sherry (Jennifer's sister). I so much enjoyed watching Grant grow up  with his loving family in Tiburon. He was always a happy, bright, friendly, and articulate child. He liked to challenge you and had an infectious laugh.  Grant entertained us by playing piano and drawing pictures of his inventions. He was athletic and strong, riding his bike everywhere in Marin county with  his friends, playing football as a kicker, sailing, camping and playing tennis. Grant enjoyed a beautiful life with his family both living in Tiburon and traveling to many destinations on vacations. Grant traveled the world after graduating and had some of the most wonderful and daring adventures, usually in the company of other bright, young,  enthusiastic entrepreneurs.  His untimely death brought the family immense grief and sorrow. We are so happy to get to now celebrate his life and are looking forward to seeing you all there to join with Grant's family and share stories and memories and celebrate this most remarkable young man. We will always love and remember you Grant.
