Update from Feb. 6, 2024
Dear Friends and Family,
We have received an update from the state and funeral home regarding the official date of Elizabeth’s passing, which is now recorded as January 5th, previously noted as January 4th. This adjustment is a result of the final decisions made by state authorities, and while we do not anticipate further changes, the completion of all official paperwork is still pending.
Given this update, for those of you planning to honor Elizabeth with tattoos or personalized memorials that include the date of passing, you may consider a brief pause until we have absolute confirmation. Although we believe this new date will remain as is, waiting for the final paperwork could provide additional peace of mind.
We understand how significant and sacred these details are, especially during a time when we are all seeking closure and ways to honor Elizabeth’s memory. Our aim is not to add to the burden but to ensure that our tributes to Elizabeth accurately reflect the most accurate details of her legacy.
Your understanding and patience during this time are immensely valued, and your support has been a source of comfort for us all. We share this update with the hope of minimizing any potential distress and from a place of respect for your plans to memorialize Elizabeth.
Thank you for bearing with us and for your continued love and support as we remember Elizabeth together.
