Douglas Levering Ayer (“Doug”), beloved husband, father, and grandfather, died peacefully on May 15, 2025 surrounded by his wife, his son, and his dog "Pilot". He was the devoted husband of Carolyn H. Ayer (“Lynnie”), with whom he shared 61 years of marriage.
