I worked with Dave for several years.  I was TELUs.  He was known as the guy that looked like Santa Claus to all the branches of RBC.  Everybody in the branches of Alberta knew Santa Claus.  I’m so sorry to hear that Dave has left the building.
Note from Dave & Debbie.  Enjoyed working with Dave during his time at Main Branch Calgary.  Always fun to chat with and spend time together.  Condolences family and friends
Our deepest condolences to the Lovett family. Have great memories of Dave while working at RBC Main in Calgary. Bill and Frieda Rogers

Condolences to the Lovett family. Dave will always be fondly remembered.
Although we never met, I enjoyed sharing jokes back and forth with you on messenger and Facebook. RIP, brother.😢

Dad L was a force to be reckoned with, and always welcomed us with open arms and treated us like one of the family. Glad we got to share so many laughs together, and I thank him for giving me a sister from another mister <3

Lots of love to the entire family!

I knew and served with Dave in Germany, he was a good soldier respected by all, RIP
Dave welcomed our family with open arms and strong drinks when my parents retired to Boswell. Dave always shared his pantry, fruit, tools, drinks and wisdom with those on the hill. Never have I known a better story teller or kinder man. He will truly be dearly missed. ❤️ Rest well Dave

He was larger than life.  A couple of our favorite memories are having him over to our house for a bight to eat and then playing Qwirkle.  He was brilliant at that game and nothing pleased him more than winning, which he did most of the time.

We had a formal dinner at Dave’s, he set such a beautiful table, as he experienced while in the services, he’d put Martha Stewart to shame.

We will miss him dearly
