In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Catalina Island Yacht Club Foundation. David was on the board that created the 501(c)(3) foundation (Tax ID #91-2145167) to benefit qualified non-profit organizations that provide support to the residents of Avalon.
Funds raised in 2024 were donated to the City of Avalon, Catalina Island Health, Avalon High School, Catalina Island Humane Society, Catalina Island Search & Rescue, and more.
Please make checks payable to the foundation with the name David Reed in the memo line of the check:
