I’m so sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. I did not know him for long but was one of the privileged to be mentored by him for a short time. Please accept my condolences; he was a kind and wonderful person.

LynnDee & family,

Sending ((hugs)) on Dan’s birthday. I think of you often with deep sympathy, & also gratitude for everything you’ve done for Pat, me & our family.

Oh, I'm so sorry. Dan was our Passo Robles family connection. As with Judy's passing, it was a time of life when there was so much to enjoy and live for.  So tragic. Every day becomes more precious to us.

Oh LynnDee, I am so very sorry for your loss.  I only briefly spent time with you and Dan 15 years but I fondly remember him.  He was such a kind gentle person.  Too soon, so sad.  I wish you comfort and love in this very tragic and shocking loss.
Dearest LynnDee, I'm so sorry to hear of Dan's passing.  He was such a kind and calming soul.  I have thought of each of you over the years since moving from Paso Robles.  Sending my love to yours and Dan's families and the entire A&M family.  I can't imagine the void he left in everyone's hearts.
I was so sorry to hear about Dan's passing. He was such a good person. Not only was he a good scientist, but an overall great person. He will be missed deeply. So sorry to LynneDee and family for  his loss.  Royce Wendy

So sad to hear about Dan's passing. What a wonderful individual he was. He embodies all that is good in a person and made the world such a better place by just being himself.

Most of my time with Dan and LynnDee was around Rotary. He was passionate about the work that could be done using Rotary's infrastructure and networks.

One of my fondest memories is seeing him suiting up to ride to bring attention to Rotary's efforts to eradicate polio. It was even raining if I remember correctly.

Rest in peace my dear friend.

Our deepest sympathies to your family.  Dan was such a kind and humble man.  Every time I saw him I was greeted with a warm smile that never faded through our visit.  He was an incredibly welcoming individual who always seemed genuinely happy with just being present. What a tremendous loss.  I am sorry we will not be able to attend on Saturday, but our thoughts are with your family.

With Love, Valerie and family

I enjoyed working with Dan from the day I met him. Always a calming and steady presence, he was a kind soul who believed in what he was doing and always found a way to make things work. He was an asset to his community, and I know his presence will be missed. His legacy will live on in his work, the company he built with LynneDee, his colleagues and employees. His memory is truly a blessing, and I will always remember him with respect and fondness.

My deepest condolences. I have many fond memories of Dan: visiting your home after my graduation, attending the amazing dungeness crab event, etc. His smile always gave a sense of warmth.  I'm sure he and my mom will have many things to chat about. Wishing you comfort and peace during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I am glad that I got to know Dan through the construction of your house. He was a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Gary Lautz

I will not be able to attend

I am so sorry to hear about your loss.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are for you and your family.

LynneDee, I can’t imagine your loss. You and Dan are such a great team and may all that he added continue to guide your life. I’m a tough bronc to ride but Dan’s spirit and calm manner are things I could do well to emulate. What a kind giving man Dan was. He’s touched so many lives and will live on forever. My sincere condolences. -Bill Enholm
