Cynthia Marie Carsen, born September 23, 1961, passed away on March 12th, 2023, leaving behind her three daughters, Shanna Stack, Shivon Brite, and Chelsea Carsen, and grandchildren Shane, Charlotte, Cora, and Lennox. She is also survived by her siblings Norman Carsen, Sandi Carsen, George Carsen, Tim Burger, Danita Sinclair, Lynn Hill, and Carol Carsen as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
