I am floored by this news.....absolutely floored...I was on the internet looking him up today and just saw this news. My heart hurts...
Clint was my youth pastor in Sherman, TX, in the early 1990's. Without him being in that position, I'm not sure I would have the spiritual knowledge I have now. He wasn't just my pastor but he was also my friend and would stop everything he was doing to help me.....his heart was bigger than life and I will never be able to express how grateful I am to have known him. Like everything else, time passes before we realize how quick it goes....
Clint, although we have not spoken in some time, you will always have a special place in my heart! Thank you for your friendship and your spiritual knowledge and guidance you passed on to me! I will forever be grateful. You will be deeply missed my friend!!

How does someone with a great heart, have a heart that stops workin? Clint and I were friends at work and we always enjoyed our visits. We both shared similar life experiences and he was always a great listener. Wish now I would have shared more time with him back in the day. My condolences to Mrs Bishop and the family. Eric

I enjoyed any time spent with Clint. He had such a positive attitude and a great sense of humor! More importantly, he was a kind, caring person. He was so devoted to his family! I will always miss my dear Brother-In-Law.

Clint and I knew each other from working together in ministry and financial services. We had many in depth conversations on both spiritual and worldly topics. Clint could be counted on to share a unique perspective that almost always included a laugh or a grin at some point in the process! Truly one of a kind and he’ll be missed.

I was sad and in disbelief when I heard the news of Clinton's passing. He was such a joy to work with as we shared and encouraged each other in the word of God. He truly loved his family and those entrusted to him from day to day! My family was blessed with the opportunity to meet the Bishops and we extend our love and support! Love and prayers to you Melodi and the girls! Sincerely, Tomika, Floyd and the boys!

Clint was a man of God and a fun spirit to be around! He was a friend , a prayer warrior, a great listener and a great family man. He would climb over two rows of chairs to give me a spiritual message. May God continue to watch over Melodi, Lauren, Hannah and Olivia as they journey through life without him here. May his presence never be forgotten. All my love and prayers to you all.
