An Invitation to Gather in Celebration of Chris’ Life

Please know that we will host a gathering on January 31, 2026  in D.C. to celebrate Chris’ life with people she knew locally and were a part of our family’s lovely community. We would be thrilled to see you there and the event will take place from 3pm-6pm at the Washington Ethical Society, 7750 16th St. NW, Washington, D.C. 20012. There is street parking nearby. More information about accessibility at the venue is located here.

Our hope for the event is simply to gather in honor of Chris, reflecting her deep commitment to fostering community, friendships and family.  As Chris truly enjoyed interactions with so many different circles of people, there will be an opportunity to share brief stories that help us celebrate her open spirit and friendly journey for those who want to share.
Thanks again, and we hope to see you there.
-Melissa, Zoe and Skye
