Updates

Update from July 26, 2021

Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital of Atlanta arranged and hosted an intimate Celebration of Life in honor of Dr. Armando Cinco Dijamco. There was music performed by two of Armando’s daughters, Arlene and Angeline, and granddaughter, Izzy. A heartfelt personal homily was given by Father Patrick Scully, along with eulogies from Dr. Tom McGahan (Chief Medical Officer), “Jojo” Dijamco (eldest and only son), Alice Dijamco (wife of Armando), Anne Dijamco McGinty (youngest child), Arlene Dijamco Botelho (eldest daughter), and Denis Marie Murphy (Sisters of Mercy in Atlanta). Thank you to the many friends and family, both in-person and virtually from afar, who were able to celebrate Armando with us. And, a huge thank you to Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital for generously hosting the service, including hydrangea flowers (Armando’s favorite), audio-visual technicians, additional musicians, and all of the post-service refreshments.

The recording of the service is available here:

Update from Feb. 15, 2021

ZOOM "GET-TOGETHERS" SUN's and WED's: We have set up an on-going Zoom link for 2x a week “get-together” every Sunday and Wednesday evening at 9pm EST.

Each Zoom could begin with a prayer for anyone who has passed, is sick, or for any other prayers needed. Please hold these days and times in your calendars and join when you like. This will be an open Zoom for socializing, catching-up, telling jokes, singing, sharing recipes and stories, reminiscing, emotional support, and anything else you want. It's a way to help everyone feel connected during the pandemic, and hopefully afterwards as well.

Thank you very much, and love to you all!!!! ❤️
