Anthony's obituary
In loving memory of Anthony "Fish" Silva, a cherished son, brother, partner and friend who departed from us on May 24, 2024, leaving behind a legacy filled with love, laughter, and the tune of his guitar.
Anthony, affectionately known as "Fish," was a true aficionado of life's simple pleasures. His passion for music, particularly the strumming of his guitar, echoed through the hearts of all who had the privilege of hearing him play. Whether under the open sky or in the cozy corners of a room, Anthony always loved picking up his guitar and playing for others. Also Anthony's passion for cooking knew no bounds! He absolutely loved delighting others with his delicious creations, whether it was whipping up a meal to comfort a friend or hosting a grand feast to mark special occasions. For him, food was so much more than just nourishment - it was a way to show his love and care for those around him.
The great outdoors held a special place in Anthony's heart. He always found solace and joy in the tranquility of nature, often venturing out and just enjoying life's simple pleasures. He especially enjoyed being among friends and family and any dog by his side. From hikes, to camping, or a round of disc golf, he enjoyed it all.
In his life, Anthony wove threads of kindness, generosity, compassion and tons of encouragement to those around him. His comforting smile, that laugh of his, and just down to earthness touched the lives of all who knew him, leaving behind memories that will be cherished forever.
Though Anthony may have departed us from this realm, his spirit will forever reside in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known him. May his melodies continue to linger in the air, his laughter echo in the wind, and his memory live on in the beauty of the world he so dearly loved.
Rest in peace Anthony. We miss you so much already. And we all hope to see you again someday.
