Everybody who worked with Alicia at Ace Asphalt Inc. loved working with her. She was a go getter and knew her job and what was expected of her. Not too many woman can do the job she was capable of doing. She will be deeply missed and until we all meet up again keep your head up and keep thinking positive. Again Alicia we will all miss you!

My heart aches for everyone who knew Alicia Gabriel Carlson, this world lost a truly beautiful person, inside and out. She was/is an absolute Angel. I will be forever grateful our paths crossed! She taught me so much...she had so much more to share with this world!!! I know she is in a better place...somewhere beautiful,  somewhere no one ever has to hurt anymore...she's in heaven, with her mom. Although it makes me smile knowing she never has to hurt ever again, all I wanna do is cry!!! It's so sad knowing I'll never see her pretty face ever again.  I'll never hear her laugh,  I'll never get that special feeling I'd get when I saw her look at me...I'll never love someone ever again the way I loved her. She had a knack for making those around her feel special...whether it was a little 'thank you' note or a simple smile, she made everyone around her better...there's not enough room on this page to adequately describe what an all around badass human being she was...she was a one in a trillion and she had a soft spot in her heart for the less fortunate...she just wanted the absolute best for everyone.  They don't make em like her anymore...and that's what's so devastating...it doesn't make sense.  I would do anything to be able to have just one more day with her....she was my very best friend.

Thank you, Alicia!!! Thanks for everything!! I know we'll see each other again and until then, please help me and I promise to NEVER FORGET YOU. I AM LOST WITHOUT YOU!!! IT'S LIKE I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO LOOK FOREVER TO... I used to get so excited towards the end of my work day because I knew that I could come see you and not get so excited I just loved seeing your smile and I love the way you made me feel thank you for that  thanks for everything! You truly are the best!! God must've needed another angel...but down here, you've left a void that will never be replaced...I love you and I'm beyond sorry this happened...it'll never make sense to me and I'll forever have a hole in my heart. I can't wait to see you again! Tell my dad I said, " what up".... I hope you and your mom are in a garden planting Something Beautiful

I was so heartbroken and in shock when I heard the news of Alicia's (along with her mother's ) passing. Alicia was a big part of our life in her growing up years.  She was like a sister to my daughter and I am beyond words of her passing.  Her mother, Pat was also a godsent to my daughter and myself.  She and Darryl were always so helpful and friendly.  I loved both Pat and Alicia.

I feel for your whole family and I can't imagine what you are going through.  Please lean on God for guidance and strength during this difficult journey you are on.  May God bless you all ! 🙏 ❤️

We miss you Alicia!!   Loved the fun times we shared together.
Learned how to love with your whole heart. How to give. How to NEVER be on time for anything!! How to keep a tidy home. (not!)
In response to "What did you learn from Alicia?"
May peace be with you and your family. You will be missed.
