Just received a beautiful note from cousin Mary Elaine, who has noted that Jan. 24 was the feast day of St. Francis di Sales, the patron saint of WRITERS, and it struck her as fitting that AJ would depart this life on such a significant day. She believes it he would appreciate the "coincidence" - quotes hers, and I fully agree. Thank you Mary Elaine!💖

Kiddo! This is what he called me from the first day I met him. He was my boss but was always my friend. We could talk about anything and everything for hours. I still laugh when I think about him saying “why the hell would you move Kansas!” He was a wonderful man and I will cherish all the memories I have of him. Our deepest sympathies to your family.
