I met Rosie at Dillards when shopping with my mom.  From the moment we met her it felt like an old friendship as she was so sweet, funny and genuine. Over 15 years of mall shopping with my mom, husband and daughter I had the pleasure of getting to know Rosie, see pictures of her beautiful family and hear proud stories of her grandchildren. My interactions were so brief but so memorable and lasted for 16+ years. It’s funny how special people can touch your heart even though you’re not family or even really a friend… just someone we meet along our journey. My deepest condolences to all her loved ones, and prayers for healing.
A loving and caring wife, a devoted mother and a sweet grandma,  a great achiever, a genuine friend.  She will be remembered of her unselfish spirit, kindhearted and a Christian that loves the Lord.  Gone too soon, but the impact she left on us will be cherished forever.  She always have that invisible wings, now God has called her to fly and be with Him. Thank you for the times when God had called your purpose, you were an answered prayer to many. Fly my friend...May God give the strength to the family.

Rosie was my dearest sweetest friend for 40 years. I will always treasure and cherish the wonderful memories especially the fun and laughter we enjoyed together Always and over hot tea. I am still in shock and coming to terms with how much I miss you.I now know I have one foot in heaven and one foot on earth. God speed.

I am going to forever have you in my heart. I have years of memories with you. I was expecting more time with you but we never know when God is going to want us more. I think of my first memory of you making dinner for the family and I loved your rice. I loved how Elizabeth and I laughed for hours and we would hear you call our name, we  would act like we were asleep.  My most favorite quality about you was how out going you were. We would always find each other in Dillards and you would be calling Michelle as I turned I knew you were there with your arms out to greet me. You always made me feel loved and special. I’m sure that is just the way you were to everyone. I loved how you drove bye you would roll down the window to say hi to me. I loved how you would say my name. I still remember the last time seeing you and that beautiful smile you had on your face. I hope going forward I can make people feel the way you made me feel. One of a kind. You will be forever missed but your passing has shaken me to the core to love people just a little more. You were a truly beautiful person. I can’t believe your gone but I can close my eyes and hear you. I love you Rosie

I love you so much Mrs. Warne…
I love you so much Mrs. Warner! You were always like a second Mother to me. Thank you! I miss you so much! 💔
My deepest sympathy for your loss of Rosie. It makes me extremely happy to know she was a devout Christian as this is not the end. I will continue to pray for her loved ones and family and those who knew her well as I didn't know her but can tell she was an amazing woman with a huge heart. God bless you and your family.
Rosie was in my Sunday School class when I first started attending First Baptist Jacksonville.  She started babysitting my daughter in 1989 when my babysitter moved away. She was the best.  Told me not to bring her food as she fed her the wonderful food she cooked. She bathed her every afternoon before I picked her up so I didn’t have to.      Always talked to her when I saw her at Dillards.  This world has lost a shining star but heaven has gained one. Prayers for Steve and all of her family.
We’re so sorry for your loss.  Your family will continue to be in our prayers.
So sad to hear about Rosie passing. I will always remember her sweet smile and the happy person she was to everyone. I enjoyed knowing Rosie in my Sunday School Class. She was always a blessing to be with. My prayers are with you and the family at this sad time.

We send heartfelt condolences to each of Rosie’s family. She will be sorely missed! We were blessed to know and share a longtime and close friendship with Rosie! To know her was to love her. She was a ray of sunshine with a heart of gold. Her love for her Lord radiated and spilled over in touching lives wherever she went. She loved her family deeply and loved showing pictures of them, especially her grandchildren! She will “always” be remembered and hold a very warm and special place in our hearts!       Love, Tom and Sandra Turner
