Jane Foye, 76, of Dracut, passed away on December 7, 2021. Jane was born on October 30, 1945 to Harvey and Cecile Saucier of Lowell. After graduating from Saint Joseph's High School, she went on to hairdressing school while simultaneously working in her father’s shoe shop – Harvey’s Shoe Tap. Once Jane finished with her schooling, this is where Jane’s creativity could shine, and she would eventually open her own hair salon in Dracut - …
