William “Scott” “Pops” Bozzell, a cherished resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on July 06, 2021. Scott was born and raised in Oakdale, Louisiana by Leola Gibson and Dub Gibson. He graduated from Oakdale High School and earned a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. As Director of Finance at H&E Equipment Services, he accounted for so much more than monetary matters. Scott cultivated a family environment and positively affected individuals …
