Walter Henry Tocher, born 1936 to John and Bernice in Portland, Maine, died January 23, 2023, after a seven year struggle with Alzheimer's Dementia. He is survived by Caroline, his beloved wife of 45 years. He is also survived by his four children: John, Daniel, Richard and Laura; his six grandchildren; his three great grandchildren; and his sister. Jacquie.
