Personal note from Tremaine's Family
The family would like to thank everyone for there love, support, calls, visits, and expressions of love during these challenging times. We will never forget it and beyond grateful from the bottom of our hearts.
God saw him getting tired,
And a cure was not to be
So he put his arms around him and whispered, “Come to Me”.
With tearful eyes
We watched him suffer, and
Saw him slowly fade away.
Although we loved him dearly,
We could not make him stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard-working hands put to rest,
God broke our hearts
To prove to us,
He only takes the best.
Tremaine Junior was born on July 26, 1988, in Chicago IL to Jeffery A. Hubbard Sr and Temeria S. Junior-Hubbard. Tremaine was nicknamed and affectionately known as “T-Man” and the happiest baby you ever meet.
