Toby Lee Foster,65, of Muncie, Indiana, passed away on March 23, 2022 after battling illness.
Toby was born on May 10, 1956 to Wayne Foster and Evelyn Daugherty in Muncie, Indiana.
Toby was an employee of Miller Tire, Anderson, prior to his illness. He also worked for Hadsell Tire, Anderson, and Stuby Tire, Muncie.
Foster enjoyed watching NASCAR and basketball, camping, and fishing whenever possible.
