Teresa's obituary

Teresa Cooper, was a caring, loving mother, wife, sister, and an amazing friend. She left this world "to meet her maker" as she put it in the last couple of weeks of our time together.

Teresa was born the youngest of four children, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Her mother Ruth May Adkins passed shortly after she was born. She was a loving wife to Mickey Cooper until when he went home to be with our Lord in 2015. When Teresa was seventeen and found her purpose was for living when she gave birth to her only son Aaron David Carrier. She settled down in the Garland area, a suburb outside Dallas, Texas.

Everyone who knows Teresa felt her warmth, love, and kindness. From her two careers at Varo and Tri-Quint. Teresa retired in 2017 when she found a new love of taking cruises with family and friends. She had the opportunity to visit the Carribean, Alaska and here closer to home she would spend time in Oklahoma and Shreveport, La.  playing her favorite slot machines.

Suicide Prevention was dear to her heart. She enjoyed volunteering for the Suicide Prevention hot line and answering calls for 911.  We will miss her greatly.

Teresa was predeceased by Dennis Carrier, Pat Carrier. She is survived by (Son) Aaron David Carrier, (Sister) Sharon Allen, (Brother)Dale Carrier, (Sister-In-Law & Best Friend), Judith Clark.  Many Nieces and Nephews.

The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Eastgate Funeral Home in Garland, Tx. There will be a celebration of her life at Eastgate Funeral Home 1910 Eastgate Dr. Garland, Tx. 75041 at 2PM on Sat. Aug 20, 2022.
