Obituary
Margaret Lucille Kapsner, 83, of Cortlandt Manor, NY, passed away on July 26, 2022, at home with her family, following a brief battle with lung cancer.
Peggy, as she was affectionately known, was born to Alex and Aletha Kapsner on November 29, 1938, in Starbuck, Minnesota. When Peggy was seven, the family moved to Princeton, Minnesota. In later years and with great fondness, Peggy often reminisced over her happy childhood and told stories about swimming …
