On Thursday, October 3, 2019, Luvenia Ann Robinson transitioned from this life. She was born on January 10, 1954 in Birmingham, Alabama to the late Sammie L. Robinson and Hennie Beatrice Scott.
Luvenia confessed Christ at an early age at Nineveh Baptist Church where she was a member until she became licensed to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ at Hilltop Baptist Church on August 5, 1990. She went on to advance her Biblical knowledge at Birmingham Easonian Baptist Bible College, Birmingham, AL. She completed the prescribed studies there and graduated May 15,1997. Ms. Robinson was an Evangelist and loved the Word of God. She would share her knowledge with kindness to anyone she conversed, with. Luvenia worked in sales for Sears Home Improvement for 15 years and recently with Brookwood Hospital for the past 2 years.
Luvenia was preceded in death by her father and mother, Sammie and Beatrice, brothers James, Lawrence, Ralph, Louis, Charles, Frank and sister Brenda Wilson. Left to cherish her memory are two daughters Zena Robinson (Taurus), Rachel Robinson (Dasmon, Sr.), sisters Nellie Smalls (Wilton) of New York and Janice Robinson (Zach), Bridget Robinson (Late Frank Robinson), grandchildren Amare Harris, Sapphire Harris, Jozlyn Harris, Genesis Banks, Dasmon Hill, Jr and Victor Hill. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends were all touched by their encounter with Luvenia.
