Latoya carver Howard passed away on March 1st 2021 surpassed by her 5 children and 3 grandchildren. Latoya was the life of the party she always kept a smile on her face and livened up the place. She got diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 but still managed to brighten up everyone’s faces when she walked in a room.
