The person I love most in this world Kelly Stein Fahey died on October 25, 2021 at the hands of acute respiratory failure and exacerbated  by the poor care of her doctors at Baylor Hospital by giving her remdesivir without her sons authority causing her entire body and internal organs to shut down and she died slowly in the arms of her son Alexander Stein Kelly was born on January 2, 1961 and died at age age 60 Years Old.  She is survived by her Brother Tommy and Sister Jenny and son Alex.
