Jospef Hilliard, 67, of Mount Pleasant, TX, passed away on January 8th, 2023 after a car accident.

Jospef was born on October 7th 1955 to Leonard and Sarah Hilliard of Lake Dallas TX. After graduating from Lake Dallas in 1971, he went on to study engineering at The University of Texas in Austin.

After graduation, he landed his first job as assistant engineer for J.T integrated for 40 years. In 1978, he met Sandy, and …
