Jeffrey Barnett, 53, of Carmel, IN, passed away on December 10, 2022.
Jeff was born on January 4, 1969 to Vicki and Howard Barnett in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Carmel High School.
After graduation, he moved to Texas and landed a job at GTE in the summer of 1989. In 1990 he met Lisa for the first time at GTE. They would go on to start dating in 1991 and they wed in 1995, married …
