Mrs. Gertrude Williams was born to the late Addie Watkins Brown (housewife) and Charlie “Shine” Brown (farmer) in Bullard, Georgia. Gertrude was preceded in death by several siblings including Emory Watkins, Elizabeth Benn, Johnny Brown, Cleveland Brown, Willie Brown, Estee Brown, Emma Lou Wallace, Mary Cornelius Hinton and Charlie Brown and their respective spouses for which she loved dearly.
