Eileen Joy Burtoff  passed on January 28th 2023 at the age of 76. She is survived by her nephews Erol and Eren Civan. She was born in New York City, daughter of Pearl and Harry Burtoff, and older sister to Elliot and Michele. Blessed with great artistic ability she went on to become an accomplished graphic artist with over 40 years in the field. A true Jew Yorker, Eileen excelled within the unpredictable, vibrant, and at times challenging nature of the city. She was paradoxically the most easygoing and composedly anxious human. A very thoughtful soul, she would brighten up the day of anyone who crossed her path with her unparalleled ability to compassionately listen, offer a helping hand and making you laugh with her quick-witted humor. She is already dearly missed by family and friends.
