When Donnie loved you he loved you without reservation with his whole heart. He would do anything for you. He accepted people for who they were without condemnation. ~ My dearest family, my heart breaks for each of you as we all are in morning. Please take comfort in the love and peace of the Lord. Knowing what we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love deeply becomes a part of us. Donnie was so much to so many and it only matters who he was to you, the memory of that special time you shared together. It is our ability to transform this passing into a positive event. Loving strongly causes us to grieve, but that is a healing process. We can share with the fact a great soul never dies, a great soul serves everyone all the time. There is no expiration date on the love between family. As our father in heaven will give us comfort, he will also reunite us. Love has no age, no limit, and no death. We have so much to be thankful for, the time we spent in making memories with Donnie, dad, brother, friend. Say not in grief he is no more, but say in thankfulness, that he was.
