Christian Ryan Berryman was born in Landover, MD, to his parents Ryans C. Robinson and Rachel Benning on January 21, 2003. He lived several years in the Princes George’s County area after his mother relocated from South Carolina where she lived for a brief time where she met Big Chris. Christian attended Samuel P. Massey Elementary School until 2007. He left the area when he was 7 years old to live with his father in Boston, MA. He attended and graduated from Fenway High School – Class of 2022. Christian played football and loved learning new and different things. He worked at Northeastern University Office of City and Community Engagement.

Christian was recognized by his warm, friendly, and beautiful smile. He loved his family and friends. He had a big loving heart. He enjoyed watching, reading, and learning about sharks. He always loved celebrating his birthday and Christmas knowing he was going to be spending time with family and friends. He traveled to Maryland from Boston occasionally to be with his mom and her side of the family, especially spending time with Grandma. They would spend hours together laughing, her advising him, and lots of hugging. Once it was known he was home here in Maryland, both of his brothers; Ronnie and Donnell were the first he wanted to see as well as, his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family who came from everywhere to visit him. He had a special bond with his Uncle Paul (deceased) who gave him one of his nicknames “whiteboy.” “Everyone loved Christian” and he will be missed.

To Christian's Family:  I am so sorry about your loss.  I was honored to have worked with Christian at Fenway High School last year.   Ms. Luz Maldonado and I dropped off his diploma to him and he was so overjoyed to have it.  I cannot imagine your sorrow at this time, but I will keep him and your family in my prayers.  Bet Regan
