Carol Ann (Westlund) Horgan passed away suddenly early on Saturday, January 21, 2023 at the age of 63.
Carol was born in Parkers Prairie, Minnesota to Richard and Grace (Ronholm) Westlund on December 20, 1959, coming home for the first time on Christmas Day. Named for the holiday, Carol was the middle child and only daughter. She attended public schools in Parkers Prairie and graduated from Parkers Prairie High School in 1978 before attending Golden …
