Carlito Ferris Neumaier passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loved ones and his best feline friend “Boogie” on April 7, 2022.
Carlito was born in Hot Springs Village, AR on July 4, 2020. He was adopted from the Hot Springs Village Animal Welfare League Shelter in August, 2021.
He brought so much joy to our family and everyone who knew him. He was mild mannered, playful, handsome, and loving. Carlito had a lifelong illness and …
