April Malloy, 40, of Poway, CA, passed away on November 18, 2022 while giving birth to  baby boy Mallory. She suffered high blood pressure and during labor had multiple seizures.  

April was born on December 6, 1981, to Ronald and Rose McDonald in Greensburg. PA.  . After graduating from  Spartan High School in 2005, she went on to study Medicine at University of Michigan.  In 2010 she met the love of her life Attorney at Law Brian Malloy. They had two children Alexa and Lance.  Six months ago they welcomed Jade Rose whom they adopted from China. While awaiting for the arrival of Jade, April found out she would be having a much wanted son.

April is survived by husband Brian Malloy, daughters Alexa and Jade, son Lance, parents Ronald and Rose McDonald, sister Karen McDonald, many other relatives and close friends.  She will be missed by many.
