It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you all that Jason passed away this afternoon at Tufts Medical Center surrounded by Connor and family. It is simple unfathomable that this has happened not even two months after the death of his beloved Annette. Please keep Connor, his parents Deb and Andrew, siblings Allison, Ben and Jonathan and his extended family in your prayers. Service will be held at Nichols funeral home. Details will be forthcoming.
