Alvernia Benson Life Journey

Alvernia Benson was born on March 10, 1935 in Tignall, Georgia (Wilkes County). Alvernia was the tenth born out of eleven children to Jack and Susie (Pullen) Benson.

Alvernia gave her life to Christ at an early age. She attended Pole Branch Baptist Church in Tignail, GA, as a youth. This foundation of faith guided her through her life and made her humble women of God. Upon her arrival to Cleveland. …
