Deanna Allen — Bristol and their team are so incredibly caring and respectful. They enrich the lives of their patients and their families by providing individualized services that exceed expectations and do it all with a lot of heart. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Laura Kinder — Horrible management that changes every couple years. Employees over worked, micro-managed and expendable, high turnover. Company only cares about making money at any cost.

Joee Heinbach — I absolutely wish I could give zero, if not negative stars for this business. My grandmother has been in my parents care for over a year now, and we have been taking consistent care of her. We’ve never had any problems with home health prior to this place, and if we were able to stay with a different home health we would have. Sunny and Heidi are liars. They are foul human beings. They are always stating that my grandmas care has been documented with them, and they are accusing my parents of abuse and negligence. Their aids don’t document anything, we have a book that we use to document changes, issues, anything that pertains to my grandma, and they have stated multiple times that we never check the book. THERES NOTHING IN THE BOOK. They have threatened us with The state of we don’t get my grandma into a nursing home again. Since we switched to them they have been working against us, instead of with us to make sure my grandmother has the BEST CARE possible. Her care was never an issue until their aids and them came into the picture. Don’t trust this place with your loved ones. They will make excuse after excuse to not make sure the patients care is number one. Them and their aids are never consistent, and come whenever they damn well please. This company is Lying and two faced. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Sam Stratton — I worked with Brighton employees for a time whilst privately employed by a family. Brighton came in towards the end to provide hospice care. I was less than impressed with their work ethic. I am giving them 3 stars because some things they did were very helpful, and I am overall grateful for what they did provide to this man. However, there was constant drama between their employees and the family. Brighton employees were full of “he said she said” and the nurse had the audacity to try to call together a family council to tell the kids that they needed to step it up, which I felt was definitely not her place as the man was receiving the utmost care. On top of this, the aides were always changing the times they would come, then multiple times the aide lied to the family saying they had come when they hadn’t. The nurse was always rescheduling due to her personal life, and I felt that this man in need was not on her list of priorities. PT, the chaplain, and the social worker were the best part of the care they provided. I personally, as a healthcare professional, would never want Brighton to be the ones sent in to take care of my loved ones. I would find a different company where there is more professionalism and maturity.

mia polevoy — Our family would like to thank all for the amazing care they gave Leonid during his last 2 weeks of life. We were continually updated through the whole process of losing our loved one. They made this difficult time much easier to deal with and kept him comfortable until his last breaths. Highly recommended in every regard. Thanks Emily for your intro meeting with our family and your call notifying us of Leonid's passing. Thank you Jamie for your many calls and caring for Leonid during the weekdays. Thanks to all the others that visited him daily. You all make a great team and are highly recommended.
