Definitely stay away if you value the care of your loved ones. With a couple of exceptions, the care givers themselves are very good and attentive. Unfortunately the management and scheduling is dangerously below par. Being 10 hours away from our parents and being notified early in the morning that "we do not have anyone to fill todays shifts" and then not given any further information or ability to speak with anyone during the day for updated information is very stressful and also dangerous. It is NOT a service I would recommend to anyone. Going through the process of switching now and will certainly let everyone know about the new service in an effort to help those that care for their loved ones.

This company is complete garbage. Management and all. Very terrible. Not professional at all. Also need to add that Katie, the manager steals money from the company.

I am currently receiving Hospice services from Interim Healthcare. Kristy is my nurse and I could not ask for a more compassionate person. She is so wonderful. She takes time and really listens. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring hospice care.

My daughter, a teenager, was able to receive in home physical therapy for Dysautonomia/POTS. Her specialist told us to use the CHOPS for POTS protocol. Angela was a Guardian Angel sent to care for her/watch over her.
She is an Excellent therapist to help her get moving in the forward direction versus backward. She is genuine, caring, compassionate, ethical, thorough, and conservative. Interim does not have a pediatric physical therapist, but they evaluated Kasey's case, and agreed that they could see her. Thank you Angela & Interim Home Health/Physical Therapy.

My sister was cared for by this hospice for a little over a week before she passed away. The hospice nurse went to her house checked her and called the funeral home. This occurred Dec.29,2018 in the early morning hours. The funeral home removed her body before 8:14 AM. I have the call on my phone when her daughter called to tell me. It was decided that she would be cremated and all we needed to proceed was the Doctors signature on the death certificate. According to the coroners office that doctors name is Amit Shah. And I doubt this man ever laid eyes on my sister, but he delayed signing her death certificate for 7 complete days while her family grieved and worried about her lying in the funeral home .And to add insult to injury a hospice nurse arrived on the FIFTH DAY AFTER HER DEATH to check on her!! Now I don't know about the average person but would you want a loved one to be cared for by a home that can't remember or has lost paperwork telling them this person is deceased or worse yet, were so negligent they didn't come back to check for five days when they were supposed to be there everyday?? This doctor(?) should be fined because death certificates in this manner should be signed within 5 days according to the coroners office.I have file a complaint also with DHEC. And be assured Interim HealthCare of Rock Hill,I plan to spread the word by any means possible. I hope you people never have to have a loved one that you feel has being neglected in such a way as we feel my sister was neglected. Her husband and daughter were so distressed over the amount of time they had to wait to be able to have her service and put her to rest. Be assured NO ONE in this family will EVER use you again or a doctor that apparently was completely unconcerned about the whole matter . Don't use these people . How many stars do I rate them? MINUS all the stars in the sky.And I could not post this unless I put at least one star for rating. Be assured I do NOT give them even one star! And I am not afraid to use my name . Vivian Zeiders
