They have always taken great care of family & loved ones. They have been great help to us while going through trying times. A CNA there named Jamie was extra helpful.

I contacted the director Mena to say that my friends dad was dying in a hospital in Ohio and they needed help. He immediately talked with Shilynn who made arrangements with that hospital to get my friends dad home. Thanks to the hard work and compassion of the hospice team,( Mena , Shilynn, Melissa, Ashly, Bebe) my friends dad was able to pass comfortably in his home surrounded by his wife, children and grandchildren. This team went above and beyond for this family. And this family and myself are so grateful that they did❤

Concordia Hospice was a blessing to us. My husband had ALS and we contacted Hospice for help. He received immediate visits from the most caring and competent staff with whom he interacted with and enjoyed.. His equipment arrived quickly. I was so blessed to have Hospice assist in his care. I will be forever grateful. My husband passed July 13, 2020.
Thank you

My daughter, Amy, came home from NYC December 7, 2019 and passed away on December 29, 2019. Coming to Washington from another state, the people at Concordia cut through a lot of red tape in order to get Amy oxygen and medicines in a hurry. In addition, she received excellent care and support from the nurses that came to our house. Beds and other equipment and medicines were delivered as soon as needed. Amy's mother and I are extremely grateful to Concordia Hospice for their help in our time of need.

My grandmother had a short stay here in 2017. While she was only at the Donnell House 1 day the comfort and kindness shown was spectacular. My grandmother had passed prior to family arrival. My great grandmother had drove from Ohio to “visit” her not knowing the seriousness of the matter. My great grandmother suffered from severe memory issues and in stressful situations forgot what she was just told and need told again. When my great grandmother saw my grandmother had passed she needed the news broke to her gently, and a multitude of 10 times at least. The aid (Jamie) held her hand and continued to walk her through it and assured her the passing was peaceful until she finally coped with the matter. We were able to goodbye in a comfortable setting and the care was 10/10. Would definitely use as my hospice of choice again.
