Horrible place!!! They always taking money out of my paycheck, money that I work for. And to get in touch with payroll forget about it you'll die in the phone waiting. I'm definitely changing companies.

I’ve been working for Sarahcare for about three or four years now and it’s been a struggle and trying to get a returning call it’s struggle to try to call to ask about your timesheets they’ll always give me a run around when it comes to my missing hours it’s like all these ppl do is forward calls and tell you to leave messages

My daughter is the caregiver for her grandmother through Sarah care, care givers of america whatever you want to rename it. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment i have ever dealt with....was the new name suppose to change the environment. My daughter has continually had issues with her time sheets being received and getting her pay check, there is always an issue. Payroll, i will not put the name out, is horrible. They continue to blame other people for their inconsistencies.
My daughter works very hard and who in their right mind works and doesn't get paid. Their payroll acts like the money is coming out of their pockets. Nobody works and at the end of the week is told oh we couldn't understand your handwriting so we can't pay you!! Really!!! This will be escalated to the STATE! enough is enough.
This place is like a circus, sometimes i don't believe anyone actually works here. When you call you can never get a live person, every number goes to a voicemail. I have been in the corporate world for a long time and this right here is unacceptable, this establishment needs to be investigated!!

I would give less but I am unable too. This company just switched over to Care of America, I’ve only been there a month as a client and I’m leaving! My care was cut off without even speaking to my service coordinator. My aide was told to just leave because of a billing problem, oh and also told they would be terminate if they continue services for me who’s my brother! Why can’t he provide services I’m a 70 hour patient a week for a reason. I’ve left messages no response called the supvr no response. My case manager was very rude and lacked customer service skills, no empathy told me it was about the money, my response wash it’s about the clients needs she was so heartless. I’m also a fall risk so why can’t my brother help me?!? On his time!!!! Then after she hangs up on me because, I couldn’t understand how things went the way they did! Totally wrong and bad services so if I was a stroke patient they would have left me in my pamper all day, just the thought pisses me off, what if I had no one else in my city to help they simply didn’t care about my well being...I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone also the person that comes out just shows up with no announcement and told me disturbing things!

My father has been receiving home care services from Sarah Care for over 2 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Whenever I need them, they are always helpful and ready to do what needs to be done to provide the best care for my dad. I must honestly say that they gave me the peace of mind that my father is well taken care of while I am away. Great company!
