I was recently treated in the emergency room for a heart attack late at night during a snowstorm. the fire department and emt guys were great. [again , DO NOT HAVE ANYONE DRIVE YOU OTHER THAN AN AMBULANCE WITH AN EMT] It was all hands on deck upon arrival in the ambulance. I understand that I had arrested shortly after arrival there but was resuscitated. Immediate action was taken and everyone involved was outstanding. I didn't have to wait for catherization [again all hands on deck there too, including a cardiologist and staff] and it was performed successfully. once moved to a room in the cardiac ward, treatment, nurse and staff care were all outstanding too. all in all a great experience under trying circumstances.

Beautiful nurses in the labor and delivery department. Very sweet. Stay for two days with my daughter as she brought my new granddaughter in to the world. The whole staff was attentive and wonderful.

I almost do not want to write this review as I am afraid that Lincoln Heights urgent care will get too crowded in case I ever need them again. LOL. But they are too good not to share.

Our first baby!
The nurses and staff in labor and delivery are amazing. - We lost my dad last year, which involved many terrible hospital days in NJ. I was nervous that the experiences coupled with my chronic pain and anxieties would effect me during my labor. The confidence, knowledge and professionalism of the staff in labor and delivery instilled confidence And focus in me. The kind, attentive and very personable staff coupled with the clean and organized facility made for a perfect first time for me. through the entire stay, we were impressed and so grateful.
Of the nurses, doctors and midwives and everyone in between, Thank you for being so good to us!

My mother was in the ER on wed September 23rd 2020 due to a fall that resulted from her deteriorating health from oral cancer.
My sister has no transportation of her own and after pleading with the staff for help, guidance and options my mother was discharged and made to wait in the lobby with my sister for almost 2 hours for a cab.
My mother has not been able to eat or take in any nutrition for some time and is very weak and frail, but still the hospital saw no reason for her to be treated for this and was discharged.
My mother cannot get out of bed now and my sister cannot move her safely, we have asked for assistance but it falls onto deaf ears
