Reviews for Grane Hospice Care
Michelle Kline — I can’t say enough about Grane hospice. Unfortunately my mother’s status declined very rapidly but they were there and available 24/7! Although only under their service for 2 days and she passed away. After she passed away they called me, sent cards, literature for grief process and support groups, sent flowers! Just amazing ❤️🙏

Akia W — I’ve been volunteering with Grane for a little while now and it’s been a great experience. I have no complaints. If I need something, it is taken care of right away. I feel appreciated. I enjoy volunteering and visiting my resident each week.

Bethany West — My grandfather passed away about 3 weeks ago and Grane Hospice was with us every step of the way. If we had known how much help they were going to be, we would've called them sooner. My grandfather got the best care and everyone was so accommodating. Everyone was so kind and I never met a single rude person there. Pastor Adam Lepper did my grandfather service and it was so beautiful, it was exactly how we wanted it. I can't speak for the negative reviews on this site but from my experience I couldn't recommend them more.

Kelley Mitchell — I would not recommend Grane Hospice. We had a very bad experience with this group. We are now using Homeland Hospice and what a huge difference. We hired Grane Hospice to assist with my Aunt who is in a nursing home. The main purpose was to help feed her and after they were hired they made it clear they would not be scheduling aids to be there for feeding time. They were also upset that I was feeding my Aunt. They told me all I was doing was prolonging her life and I should not feed her, make her talk or wake her up when sleeping. They also knew I was going to talk to my Uncle to explain everything to him but they went over my head and talked to him anyhow and lied and said they were told to do so from the Social worker at the nursing home. I was reluctant to use another Hospice group after my bad experience with Grane. However, my Aunt's Doctor told us to contact Homeland Hospice which we did and are very happy. They have someone come in 5 days a week for 2 hours a day and they are there at meal time. I was told by another Doctor that Grane is very aggressive then most Hospice groups. I hate to be negative for any group that is there to help sick and dying people but I was just so shocked over my experience. And maybe the whole Grane group is not like this but only the people that I dealt with for this case.
