Kathryn Prickett — Roserock provided us with hospice care for my mother in law. We felt so fortunate to know of them and we reached out to them before we actually needed them. We tried the rehab route first but had our paperwork ready when we saw that hospice was needed. They came right in and were there for us every minute. Every person we met was exceptional and provided us with the support we needed. My advice- reach out to them sooner rather than later. They can help the one you love transition from this life to the next and advise you through the process. We will be forever grateful.

D — I totally agree with "D" as to the case manager Darla, she should not be in charge of anyone.

Becky Davis — Recently had a really close friend that had a motherin law going through a sickness that led them to RoseRock that was there to the very end. This company answered every question , helped in every way needed, and reassured when in doubt. I have definetly learned alot while supporting my friend and their family through this trying time in their life. An experience such as this that requires time , patience and especially love needs the best supportive caring company to carry them through with cofidence thatthey are doing everything possible to comfort their loved one while caring for them the best ways possible. I have learned , loved, and gained a whole new respect for home health care and hsve all great things to say about this company. The main thing I want to say is ..THANK YOU. A special thank you to Angie,Dana, and little miss Donna who has what it takes to make this journey less painful to ones heart! Love all of you

Darrell Brooks — This hospice was so unorganized and the case manager RN had no idea what her Aides schedule was and we went 5 days without bathing because of that. It was the worst experience. They made my Mom feel she was confused and didn’t know what was going on. They didn’t know what my Dads medication frequency was. When we changed to a different hospice they threatened to charge us for the bed because there was no one to help get him out of the bed they wanted back. They didn’t want to work with us. The case manager RN Darla is inept and shouldn’t be in charge of anyone. They told us 4 people were on vacation and that is why no one could come help. I would recommend no one should use this hospice.

Holley Kuhn — RoseRock hospice is an AMAZING company!!! I cannot tell you how special their staff is. We recently went through something so hard in our family in losing my father to ALS. It was a devastating time for our family. From the moment we went onto hospice services, we were taken care of on all levels. Every detail was addressed and we formed some pretty special relationships with our team of caregivers. They were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and they truly cared for our family! We will never forget the faces that were there when we needed them the most. Thank you RoseRock for being so wonderful to our family.
